Heart Of England Open Competition
Sunday 18th September 2016 is the English Open UITF competition at Alfreton Leisure Centre where you can take the opportunity to put all you have learnt into practice. All belts and ages and spectators welcome.
All competitors get entered into four events which include patterns, controlled continuous sparring and dependent on age breaking and specials. Younger members also get to do the static high kick and speed test.
Entry Fee is £20.00 and doors open at 9.00am for weigh in, competition starts at 10.00.
Spectator Fees for adults £5 Juniors (5-15 years) £3, OAP's £3, Family Ticket £15.
Ample parking and cafe facilities available.
