Well done to Megan, Sam and Jim at the recent Heart of England Competition in Alfreton.

Megan walked away with three gold medals for patterns, speed and high kicking and silver in sparring.

Father and Son team both walked away with gold medals each for sparring in their categories.

A fantastic result for the Inspire Taekwondo team, so proud of what you have achieved. Here is to the next Heart of England Competition on the 4th December 2016!
